  • Delegation is not an assignment of task , it is an emotional journey where you get your team member to buy in to the task and associated outcome ... they take ownership

 

  1. Co Creation of Goal
    • biggest mistake is not involving the team in goal creation
    • They should know "WHY the goal" and "DEEPER Purpose"
    • team member has a voice 
  2. Create Clarity of systems & steps
    • design path , break down tasks
  3. Capability Match
    • not based on free time etc
  4. Commitment Design
    • who needs to do what ? by when ? and how ? where ?
  5. Consistent Reviews
    • weekly / daily / monthly review ... at different levels in the org 
      • Monthly Strategic reviews
      • Weekly Tactical reviews
      • Daily Operation reviews
